Unterstützt den Kampf um faire Behandlung, faire Bezahlung und grundlegende Würde für unsere lateinamerikanischen Brüder und Schwestern, die im Restaurant Gallo Negro in Plagwitz arbeiten!

Arbeiter*innen sind in diesem Restaurant rassistischem und klassistischem Missbrauch, Homophobie, Drohungen und unbezahlten Löhnen ausgesetzt. Die Eigentümer*innen des Gallo Negro bauen auf extreme Ausbeutung migrantischer Arbeiter*innen und anderer in prekären Migrationslagen. Sie nutzen Einwanderungseinschränkungen als Zwangsmittel, ihre Belegschaft unterzubezahlen, unterhalten illegale Beschäftigungsverhältnisse und zocken ihre Arbeiter*innen für Wohnung und Leistungen ab.

Wir fordern zum sofortigen und andauernden Boykott des Gallo Negro auf, bis folgende Forderungen erfüllt werden:
– Sofortige Beendigung der missbräuchlichen und ausbeuterischen Arbeitsbedingungen im Restaurant Gallo Negro
– Finanzielle Entschädigung aller ehemaliger Arbeiter*innen des Restaurants, auch jener, die sich nicht mehr in Deutschland aufhalten

Dies ist ein Aufruf für die Kund*innen vom Gallo Negro sowie von Maiz&Co, kritisch und bewusst ihre Unterstützung dieser Unternehmen zu hinterfragen. Die Ausbeutung der Arbeiter*innen findet sich bei jedem Gericht und jeder Tortilla wieder.

Wir sind eine unabhängige Gruppe aus der Nachbarschaft, welche die erniedrigenden und menschenfeindlichen Bedingungen der Arbeiter*innen bei Gallo Negro wahrnehmen. Ebenso nehmen wir den Mut und Beharrlichkeit ihrer Kampagne wahr, mit der sie die Eigentümer*innen dazu bringen wollen, ein Minimum an Arbeitsplatzbedingungen zu gewährleisten und wirklich ihren Arbeiter*innen den geschuldeten Lohn zu zahlen.

Wir können nicht tatenlos zusehen, während Rassismus und Ausbeutung sich inmitten unserer Community zugunsten von Profit der Besitzendenklasse breit machen.

Call for Solidarity Boycott of Gallo Negro

Support the struggle for fair treatment, fair pay, and basic dignity for our Latin American brothers and sisters who work at the Gallo Negro restaurant in Plagwitz.

Workers at this restaurant face racist and classist abuse, homophobia, threats, and unpaid wages. The owners of Gallo Negro rely on the extreme exploitation of migrant workers and others in precarious migration situations. They use immigration restrictions as a form of coercion to let them underpay their staff, maintain illegal employment relationships, and rip off their workers for housing and utilities.

We call for the immediate and ongoing boycott of Gallo Negro until the following demands are met:
• The immediate correction of the abusive and exploitative working conditions at the Gallo Negro restaurant
• Financial compensation for all former workers of the restaurant, including those who are no longer in Germany

This is a call for customers of Gallo Negro and Maiz&co to critically and consciously examine their patronage of these businesses. The exploitation of the workers can be found on every plate and in every tortilla.

We are an autonomous community group who see the demeaning and dehumanizing conditions faced by workers at Gallo Negro. We also see the bravery and tenacity of their campaign to force the owners to provide the bare minimum of workplace conditions and actually pay their workers what they are due.

We cannot stand by and watch while racism and exploitation thrive in the midst of our community, in the service of profits of the owner class.

Llamado solidario al boicot contra el Gallo Negro

Apoya la lucha por un trato justo, un salario justo y dignidad para nuestros hermanos y hermanas latinoamericanos que trabajan en el restaurante Gallo Negro de Plagwitz.

Los trabajadores de este restaurante se enfrentan a abusos racistas y clasistas, homofobia, amenazas y salarios impagados. Los propietarios del Gallo Negro se basan en la explotación extrema de los trabajadores inmigrantes y de otras personas en precaria situación migratoria. Utilizan las restricciones a la inmigración como una forma de coacción que les permite pagar mal a su personal, mantener relaciones laborales ilegales y estafar a sus trabajadores en materia de vivienda y servicios públicos.

Llamamos al boicot inmediato y continuado al Gallo Negro hasta que se cumplan las siguientes exigencias:

– Corrección inmediata de las condiciones de trabajo abusivas y de explotación en el restaurante Gallo Negro
– Compensación económica para todos los antiguos trabajadores del restaurante, incluidos los que ya no están en Alemania

Este es un llamado a lxs clientes de Gallo Negro y Maiz&co para que examinen de forma crítica y consciente su apoyo a estos negocios. La explotación de los trabajadores se encuentra en cada plato y en cada tortilla.

Somos un grupo de vecinxs que ve las condiciones degradantes y deshumanizadas a las que se enfrentan lxs trabajadores de Gallo Negro. También vemos la valentía y la tenacidad de estos para obligar a los propietarios a proporcionar el mínimo de condiciones de trabajo y a pagar realmente a sus trabajadores lo que les corresponde.

No podemos quedarnos de brazos cruzados mientras el racismo y la explotación prosperan en medio de nuestra comunidad, al servicio de los beneficios de la clase propietaria.
