Seitdem wir unseren Guide vor einigen Wochen rumgeschickt haben (https://pad.nixnet.services/s/-MNsjOMuk) ist viel passiert!

Die schlechte Nachricht zuerst:
Wir haben uns relativ schnell aktiv dagegen entschieden, kurzfristig eine WordPress-Infrastruktur aufzubauen, die eure Blogs aufnehmen kann. Das hat folgende Gründe:

👉 Unser Ziel ist es eine Struktur aufzubauen, die langfristig agiert. WordPress zu hosten ist aufwändig und anfällig für Angriffe und zu wenige von uns möchten das langfristig tun.

👉 Wir wollen Alternativen zu WordPress in die Bewegung bringen. Alternativen, die besser zu unseren Werten passen. Auch welche, die das NoBlogs-Backup importieren können.

👉 Wir wollen unseren sozialen, organisatorischen und technischen Prozessen ausreichend Zeit geben, damit sie sich gut anfühlen und sicher sind.

👉 Wir denken, dass es mehr Dezentralisierung in der linken Hosting-Landschaft braucht, und wollen euch nochmal dazu animieren, selbst aktiv zu werden.

❗🥳 Mittelfristig ist unser Ziel wieder eine Struktur aufzubauen, mit der ihr einfach und unkompliziert Websites & Blogs anlegen könnt 😀 Nur keine WordPress-Seiten – NoBlogs wird es also in diesem Format bei uns nicht geben – aber dafür andere Formate, die wir ähnlich niedrigschwellig gestalten wollen.❗

🥳 Alle Noblogs Seiten, die bis zum 18.09. online waren, wurden unter *.nublogs.org archiviert. Damit sollte ein Großteil der Informationen, die auf Noblogs Websites zu finden waren, noch zugänglich sein! Siehe: https://de.indymedia.org/node/862106

🥳 Es gibt die Möglichkeit über uns eine *.beautifulblogs.org subdomain zu beziehen. Das hilft euch, wenn ihr einen eigenen Server habt, über den eure Website läuft, wie z.B. Uberspace. 🥳 Wir bieten auch weiterhin Support bei Fragen zum Migrieren von Websites an, schreibt uns unter allblogsarebeautiful@systemli.org oder schaut im Guide nach unseren Kontaktmöglichkeiten und Anleitungen.

🥳 Wir sind dabei eine dezentrale Netzwerk-Struktur aufzubauen, die es verschiedenen Kleingruppen vereinfacht ermöglicht Dienste für linkspolitische Arbeit zu hosten. Einige Kleingruppen sind schon dabei, und werden in den nächsten Wochen & Monaten mit neuen Diensten online gehen. ➡️ Server und Domains sind leider nicht gratis, um uns zu finanzieren brauchen wir Geld 💸.

👉 Da es in Zeiten von Debanking an der Zeit ist resilientere Strukturen aufzubauen, wollen wir euch dazu aufrufen für uns Bargeld zu sammeln. Sobald ihr als Kollektiv oder Stadt-Gruppe mehr als 100€ gesammelt habt, meldet euch bei uns von einer systemli.org, immerda.ch oder riseup.net Email-Adresse aus – die idealerweise auch auf einer vertrauenswürdigen Website zu finden ist – und dann organisieren wir, dass das Geld zu den richtigen Leuten gelangt (fürs erste nur in Mitteleuropa).

▶️▶️News from “All Blogs Are Beautiful” – a new left-wing autonomous server network◀️◀️

A lot has happened since we sent out our guide a few weeks ago (https://pad.nixnet.services/s/-MNsjOMuk)!

First, the bad news

We quite quickly decided against setting up a WordPress infrastructure at short notice to host your blogs. Here’s why:

👉 Our aim is to build a structure that will last in the long term. Hosting WordPress is labour-intensive and vulnerable to attacks, and too few of us are willing to do this in the long run.

👉 We want to promote alternatives to WordPress within the movement. Alternatives that better align with our values. Including ones that can import the NoBlogs backup.

👉 We want to give our social, organisational and technical processes enough time so that they feel right and are secure.

👉 We believe there needs to be more decentralisation in the left-wing hosting landscape, and we’d like to encourage you once again to take action yourselves.

Here the good news:

❗🥳 In the medium term, our aim is to rebuild a structure that allows you to set up websites and blogs easily and without hassle 😀 Just no WordPress sites – so NoBlogs won’t be available in that format here – but other formats instead, which we want to make just as accessible.❗

🥳 All NoBlogs sites that were online up to 18 September have been archived under *.nublogs.org.
